Cancellation Policy

15 days or more from Check-in-date - 90% refund of the total booking amount.
10 to 14 days from Check-in-Date - 75% refund of the total booking amount.
05 to 09 days from Check-in-Date - 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 5 days from Check-in-Date - No refund of the total booking amount.
Please note that refunds may take up to 20 working days to reflect in your account.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of guest misconduct, rude behaviour, fraud, possession of any weapon, involvement in any unlawful activities, and any blacklisted profiles.
Refund Payment - Refunds will be made only to the registered booking credit or debit card. There will be no cash payments.
